One hundred initial paid copies share the offer across both editions. A checkout temporarily holds a place while payment is in progress. A successful payment uses that place permanently, including if it is later refunded. If the remaining places are held, new checkouts pause while existing ones complete or expire. Once all one hundred are bought, the normal edition prices apply.
