2. What a pre-order includes

Squishhh! is a digital game in development. A pre-order reserves your chosen edition for release; it does not provide immediate access to the full game. The free demo is separate.

Buy once for ongoing access to your chosen edition, with browser play through your Squishhh account and a download at release. There is no subscription. The initial full-game release is for Windows only. Android, iOS and Mac versions are planned for later; this pre-order does not promise access to those versions or a release date for them.

Supported platforms: Windows 11 PCs at initial release, using current Chrome or Edge for browser play, with mouse/keyboard controls and a Windows download at release. Windows 10, Android, iOS and Mac support are not part of this initial purchase promise. Final download size and hardware requirements will be published before release.

• Standard — £4.99: 12-world core tour and its bosses; Bath Dash and saved Adventure; Relaxed play, practice and personalisation; Core rankings when playing online.
• Deluxe — £8.99: Everything in Standard; Four extra worlds and four extra bosses; Goo Lab: make your own experiments; Party Splat: three local multiplayer games; Additional character personalities.

3. Price and payment

The price is in pounds sterling. Standard is £4.99 and Deluxe is £8.99. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. There is no subscription. Your current total, including any applicable tax, is shown before payment. Stripe processes card payments; do not send us card details by email.

The first 100 initial paid copies share an introductory price of £2.99 for Standard or £5.99 for Deluxe. The offer is checked before checkout and cannot be guaranteed from this page. A pending checkout temporarily holds a place. A successful payment permanently uses that place, including after a refund. Once all 100 are bought, normal prices apply.

If the total or offer changes before a new checkout is opened, you must review it before continuing. Your account records a paid order only after successful payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.

4. Release and access

We are targeting December 2026. The exact date is still to be confirmed; this is a target rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Release information and your recorded purchase will be available in your customer account. If the target changes, we will notify pre-order customers using their order email address and explain their options, including a refund before full-game access is provided.

Create or sign in to a customer account using the email you entered at checkout, then verify that email. Keep your login and recovery details safe. Full-game access begins at release. The current pre-order portal does not distribute paid game files.

5. Cancellation, delays and refunds

You can request a full refund before full-game access is provided, including if the release target changes and you no longer wish to wait. Contact us using the details above and include your order reference. Support reviews the request; it is not an automatic refund form.

An approved refund is returned through the original payment provider. Your bank or payment provider controls when it appears. We do not ask you to give up cancellation rights at pre-order. Any information and consent needed for immediate digital delivery will be presented when that delivery is available.

These terms do not remove any statutory rights you may have. If something is wrong with your order or the game supplied, contact us so that we can help.

To cancel, send an email to hello@squishhh.com or write to the registered office above, stating clearly that you wish to cancel your Squishhh! pre-order. You may use the optional form below, but you do not have to.
